A call. Both sides find out whether there is anything here worth building, before anybody spends money finding out. It is a qualification call — no document comes out of it and nothing is owed either way.
If it is worth measuring

Priced credited against the build

The discovery is where the measuring happens. We interview the roles you nominate, or work from your job descriptions and task lists, and you get a ranked map and a build order. What you pay for it comes off the build.
If you decide to build

Fixed scope and price, agreed up front

Fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before the first day. Built alongside the systems you already run, on tooling we host and operate.
Running it

Monthly required, pick one of two

Maintain, or Continuous if you want build capacity every month. Quoted at the same time as the build, so you see the whole cost of year one before you sign. This part is not optional — an automation nobody maintains quietly stops being one.

AI model usage and any tooling the build needs run on accounts we hold and operate, and are billed through to you at cost — quoted before we start, never marked up. Your own systems and data stay yours.
